Normality is a thing of the past. Times have changed. Our working life, our eating patterns, hey everything we do has changed. All of a sudden, our lives have shifted, and our stress levels are at an all-time high. With so much uncertainty about the future, little known next week, it is so easy to get caught up with the anxieties of life.

The news, the papers, and social media fuel this issue, report and post daily ‘new’ information, statistics, and projections that don’t make this situation any better. With already uncertainty around our financials, our ability to socialise and interacted with people have been put on hold or stopped completely. There is no arguing times have really never been tougher.

But the reality is. No one really knows how long this is going to go on for. There is no real us getting anxious and stressed about the unknown. So let’s take a different approach. Let’s focus on the current situation. Today. What are we going to do today, that will help us get through this better…

Exercising. Video-chats. Tik-tok videos. Daily walks to the local coffee shop to catch up with a friend or family member. We really need to start thinking present, rather than future. Because ultimately, this is what we can control. So come on, let’s take it day by day.
