TBK WEDNESDAY 6:00am + 6:00pm

  • 'Total body killer' - enhance total body performance and function


MHR THURSDAY 6:00am + 6:00pm

  • 'Maximum heart rate' - improve your speed, power and overall capacity to train at higher intensities

 

STR FRIDAY 6:00am + 6:00pm

  • 'Strength training' - boost all your lifts and improve your overall strength and performance

OMG SATURDAY 9:00am

  • 'Oh my god' - test your endurance and your mental toughness

REC ONCE A MONTH

  • 'Recovery' - improve your flexibility and speed up your recovery

Packages Available
