Included in your coaching:

  • A safe, fun and motivating environment 

  • Private-training studio (ft. boxing, cardio equipment, free weights, TRX, bands and more)

  • Choose between 1-1, small group, mobile, and online training and support (60min sessions), 

  • Personalised sessions designed specifically for the client/s, their capabilities and goals

  • Ongoing monitoring and fitness testing (strength, speed, muscular endurance, stamina) as well as body fat and mood and sleep assessments

  • Personalised nutritional coaching, support, and advice

  • To be motivated and educated by someone who has years of experience in the industry and a wealth of knowledge and awareness
