This gives you exclusive one-on-one experience with one of our highly experienced and respected trainers and nutrition coaches. Simply choose between 30min, 45min and 60min sessions.

This gives you access to any three 45min specialised strength and conditioning classes, run by our experienced and highly regarded coaches in a small group of 6-8 like minded individuals. Plus you'll receive unlimited access to our online healthy eating system at no additional cost.

SHARED TRAINING

This gives you and a friend a chance to work closely with one of our sought after trainers at half the price, with the same benefit
