This gives you exclusive one-on-one experience with one of our highly experienced and respected trainers and nutrition coaches. Simply choose between 30min, 45min and 60min sessions.

This gives you unlimited access to any 45min specialised strength and conditioning classes, run by our experienced and highly regarded coaches all in the comfort of your home or backyard. You will be joined with a bunch of like minded individuals, which makes the whole experience more enjoyable. You can upgrade your membership to receive unlimited access to our online healthy eating system (Tier 3).
